Classes

We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped at 15 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please sign-up for your desired classes on our MindBody page as early as possible. If a class gets full, our trainers are happy to give personalized pointers.

Our Foundational Class: heres were we differ from other programs and gyms. We combine Powerlifting exercises with physiques building exercises and polish off each workout with a metabolic finisher to give you the best workout of your life. For every Level from beginner to advanced.

Bootcamp

Welcome to your perfect bootcamp style workout. During this class, we do a series of intense cross-training moves with bursts of aerobic exercise and weight lifting..

Kettlebell Class

Tuesdays, Thursdays
5:30pm – 6:30pm


Kettlebell training provides a unique, full-body workout. This class uses kettlebells to develop strength, endurance and core stability and power. Move better and feel fantastic with kettlebells. Classes are designed to teach students proper body mechanics and the fundamentals of kettlebell training.

 

Vinyasa Yoga

Sundays
10:30am – 11:45am

Open to any level of practice, our Vinyasa Yoga class is all about syncing our movements with our breath and linking each pose to create a seamless sequence.

Cardio Blast

Tuesdays, Thursdays
5:15am - 6am,

9am - 9:45am

Get your heart bumping and your sweat flowing. With a combination of high-intensity cardio and steady state cardio, this class is perfect for those who move at a faster pace.

Mobility

Wednesdays
7pm – 7:30pm

Saturdays
7:!5am-8am

The perfect class to loosen up tight or sore muscles, we use the lasted techniques in mobilizing joints back to their normal range of motion.
